Towing World ships all orders via Fed Ex Standard shipping unless otherwise specified. All orders will be shipped the day after the order is placed unless the order is placed after 3:00 PM central time. All orders placed after 3:00 PM central time will not ship out till 2 days after the order is placed. These shipping dates are all dependent upon the availability of the item. The following table represents the four shipping methods we use.

For Second Day Air and Next Day Air the shipping days does not include the day the order is placed. Towing World highly recommends that if you need the order shipped out using Express Saver, Second Day Air and Next Day Air that you call our sales department at 800-566-9869 to get the order expedited.

Shipping rates will be based on the dollar value of the order. All orders will have an additional $10.00 handling charge added to the order. There is a 15% restock fee for all items that are returned, or if shipment was refused, or if the order was cancelled.
